I find help on internet posts/articles/research etc because I find that most of

the doctors simply don’t even suggest using health supplements etc

I got recommended to take a multivitamin by my CPN once!

Probably because she thought my diet was deficient.

Needless to say she was soo nice she even arranged a involuntary hospital admission for me :wink:
