Oh, i find this good! No one cant keep things in himself eternally. I think its a progress . Therapy can be good, yeap .

Nothing wrong with that, I’ve cried in therapy a few times, it can be helpful when dealing with emotions like that.

I think it also shows I’m finally with the right therapist that I feel comfortable doing that
