Im 6’3 and i was almost 230 but now im 205 and pretty fit for biking

205 sounds like a good weight for being 6’3. Whats your blood pressure and heart rate? I bet you’re a healthy dude!

My blood pressure use to be around 140 over 100 now its down to 115 over 75. Heart rate around 60-65

But ive been mountain biking like a machine 3 times a week since march lol

You got this. I encourage you to go for it. It’s never too early to be healthy. No doctor is going to say, no give it another five years before you decide to go healthy. Lol. It’s a long road though. You can do it!

I would just focus on eating healthy and adding exercise a bit at a time. The weight loss will come with it. Just for now work on having a positive outlook on food, and changing eating habits. The rest will fall in place.

I could stand to lose 100 lbs. I’m 5’9", and I weigh 235. The med’s were major contributures to that.

It’s late at night, I can’t sleep and i’m hungry. This is usually when I go downstairs to eat unhealthy sh*t. Instead, I’m going to eat a banana.
