I think I’ll try my new sleeping pill tomorrow night… It’s been a rough night and I’ve tried a lot to try and sleep tonight
Sleep is good. Regular is good but I’m a lucky one. Zyrpexa makes me sleep too much so 8 hours or less a night is good.
Still. Not sleeping good is horrible to me. Insomnia really is a curse so hope you sort it out and taking a little help isn’t so bad. Just watch the interactions and the dependency issues. It really is a trade off sometimes but good sleep isn’t bad.

I can’t sleep either. I have been up all night.
