When I first went off sleep meds it was hell for 1 or 2 weeks. Absolute insomnia. But your brain eventually learns how to sleep on its own again.
Our doctor told us that we supposedly can’t have more than 10mg of Zolpidem daily.

That’s what i take …!!! my new pdoc tried to cut it down and replace it with clonazepam…!!
