Had panic/anxiety attack and I can’t go to sleep. It is about 1am right now.
I took a ativan and hoped to sleep the night away, but I’m also up at 2:11 am
Sometimes a light snack helps me or doing some stretches.
There is a DBT technique too of splashing cold water on your face or putting some ice in your hands to slow down your pulse that often helps.
I totally cut out all caffeine and diet soda and feel a lot calmer and seem to sleep better.
