I think constantly about my future and its bad. I am so convinced.
Depression can be really tough. Try some baby steps. A little improvement each day adds up.
What babysteps ?
Start by changing the way you think about something that causes depression, try getting outside and doing some movement, try getting more sunshine and better sleep, change your diet- carbo load can be detrimental to good mood- high spikes and deeper crashes,etc.
My beerintake is much more less than usual and my sugarintake is all the time very infrequent. I eat a lot of bread. What is a healthy carbintake ?
I drink lots of coffee and my depression becomes more bearable. I wanted to come off coffee.
