I know you don’t want to hear it, but the hospital is a resource available to you. If you don’t like the one you’ve been to in the past, can you try a different one? The first hospital I went to was awful and terrifying. I never wanted to go back ever again. But then I got sent to another one. They treated me like a person there. They gave me access to a therapist and let me make phone calls.
Google maps usually has reviews for hospitals in your area. None of them will have super positive reviews, but some rank as high as three stars.
Looks like there is a problem that could be solved with a pill to feel better. It coukd be that you have taken so much ap that you got depression…thats chemical embalance.
I have been feeling like you and as i took a tranquluzer or antihistamine all bad things were forgotten as they never existed.
I’m sorry to hear they weren’t able to fit you in today. Did they have any suggestions for you as to what to do? Keep calling your case worker—hopefully they will return your call.
If things get to the point where you think you might harm yourself, call 911 or have someone take you to the ER. I understand you don’t really like the idea of going to the hospital, but keep that option open.
Even if they’re not the best hospitals, as least you would be able to get meds. Just keep it as an option while you’re trying to get in touch with your pdoc and caseworker.
