I can't believe it's 5.24

Seems like I’ve only been up a little while. Didn’t get up till gone 1 after going to bed at 6.
It’s getting a habit now waking mid day.
It doesn’t help I go back to bed quite a lot during the day. Maybe it’s because I lack structure. It wasn’t something. I did when I went to the day centre or drop in.

It’s 12:25 here. I haven’t gotten ANYTHING done though.

II’m always laying in bed. Got nothing to do with my time. I sleep like 12 hours a day. Really need to get back into the workforce now that I’m over my delusions.

That’s half the problem with me. I use to baulk at the old industrial therapy unit when I was in hospital because you got paid peanuts but at least, on hindsight, it kept you occupied…

i am watching my mums dog just now and i took her out for a good walk today and she chased that ball right into the river lol luckily she got out haha she’d chase that ball all day until she dropped if she could but its still been pretty hard watching her so when i get overwhelmed i go for a lie down.i’m not use to the responsibility of it i guess and she’s kind of in my face all the time, i also have the pressure on me to take her out and clean up after her. i ended up sitting by a duck pond and eating sandwiches and feeding the ducks.

I noticed getting into a rhythm of sleeping around 10-6 seems to biologically “click”. I was an insomniac when staying up late or sleeping in late, which resulted in around 3-5 hours of sleep a night. I never could fall asleep on time, but once I did, it stayed that way and works well for me. I also get off the computer(away from blue light) before 9:30. Then on my phone I have a filter which blocks most of the blue light, so everything looks sort of like a sunset.
