Out Cancer, by Suzanne Sommers. Sometimes people are literally knocking out cancer on the floors or walls. I know it sounds ridiculous, but it feels good usually.
IDK, she stirred up controversy with her opinions on alternative treatments for cancer.

I think alternative treatments work. It’s too bad they didn’t help her more.

Doctors don’t automatically dismiss alternative treatments but I think Suzanne Somers was saying that most patients don’t need chemotherapy and her advice was potentially putting cancer patients at risk. It’s like asking Mr. Roper for advice on heart disease.

If alternative treatments worked better than chemotherapy and radiation, oncologists would be making a sh** ton of money off those treatments rather than prescribing chemo.
Doctors want to make as much money as possible. They would find ways to tweak and then patent alternative treatments in order to get rich.
But they don’t because the alternative treatments are not better.
I will say they can be helpful. And many oncologists encourage the use of both, including diet changes as well.
