I bought CBD today for the first time!

I got my pdoc’s approval to try CBD. I got it in capsules at a gourmet grocery store. I couldn’t really afford it. I’m thinking of eating vegetables at the end of the month to save money though I have some savings.

I tagged you in a post that had a link to a pound for $100. I know its a lot, but you would save so much money in the long run and you could make whatever you wanted from that.

I think CBD had a positive impact on symptoms. Unfortunatly it is still illegal in my country.

Which is complete crap. The RSO is medicine without a doubt

I bought CBD gummies before. They just made me fall asleep. I just bought some Delta 8 gummies for the first time today and had part of one. Waiting for it to kick in.

Isn’t that THC? You’re playing with fire.

Yeah it is THC but a really small amount. I’ll ask my psychiatrist tomorrow if it’s ok to take with my meds. Probably not but I wanted to try it.

Yup 100%. It isn’t worth it. In my experience being rooted in reality is more satisfying than being off in my own world.

I tried CBD in California. You don’t get stoned, but your head swims in a fog kind of like in a green day. I found it uncomfortable and disorienting so I stopped, but I’m glad it works for some people.

Ahhhh, I don’t think Latuda and CBD mix well.

Since you take Latuda I assume your doctor told you to avoid grapefruit juice. The reason why is that grapefruit juice is an inhibitor of the CYP3A4 enzyme. That enzyme is responsible for metabolizing Latuda. If you drink grapefruit juice while taking Latuda, your Latuda won’t be metabolized, it will build up in your blood and possibly kill you (in a worst case scenario).

CBD is also a CYP3A4 enzyme inhibitor. Meaning if you take a lot of CBD it binds to that enzyme, that then prevents the enzyme from metabolizing your Latuda. You Latuda could then build up in your blood stream causing serious problems.

I am on Latuda and for that reason I don’t use CBD. I did try CBD, at low doses, and didn’t have a problem. But if I remember you are on 120mg of Latuda, I am only on 60mg. Since you are double my amount of Latuda, and you’re planning on taking CBD be careful. I wouldn’t do it.
