I ate meat yesterday and today I am not feeling well

I had a roast beef sandwich. I just felt the need for a super lot of protein. I didn’t enjoy it as much as I thought I was going to. It was sort of gross actually. But it definitely delivered the needed protein.

Today I’m just all congested and tired and not feeling good. Definitely don’t want meat again. I’m going to make a plant-based breakfast and see how I feel after that.
