I’m really happy with that. I usually only eat twice and then eat junk food or dessert. But I ate 3 healthy meals at meal time and I feel good. It reminds me of when you’re in the hospital how the meals are at scheduled times. I always really liked that and it made me feel better and have more energy but I just struggle with my appetite and I get too lazy to make a meal.
So on a typical day I won’t eat breakfast till 10 and lunch till 3 or 4 then no dinner just sweets. Today I had breakfast at 8, lunch at 12 and dinner at 6. All good meals.
