I start silently complaining about my situation and then, when I ask myself what I’d rather be doing, I can’t come up with a good answer. I think my problem is that the people I live with can be difficult but then, so can I be difficult. If I were more tolerant, I might even learn to like somebody.:slightly_smiling_face:

I think I would much rather be hanging out at the beach with my legs buried in the sand with a nice novel.

What would you rather be doing that you COULD do. Assuming that you can’t afford to be a beach bum.

Oh, you meant for life? I thought you meant like in this moment. For life, I think I would much rather move back to my college town and work as a library aide. A simple job that I would still enjoy in an affordable town I’m very sentimental about and near enough to entertainment.

I’d rather be running my own lucrative business and/or making a ton of money in sales. I’d rather be practicing my keyboard. Oh, that reminds me, it’s time for me to practice now!

Have friends to hang with. I have none but that’s also because of trust issues,anxiety,and agoraphobia. I used to have a friend to hang with twice a month until she moved. It’s lonely not having a good friend.

I’m pretty happy being at home with my family, but I’d be happier if I had a job, maybe as head of HR or CFO. I would like to have friends to hang out with too. That would be really nice. I’d love to host BBQs over the summer and have people over for Thanksgiving or the Super Bowl.

This is a good idea.

There are not many things I could do right now.

I can not shower. I absolutely do not want to work till tomorrow but I have a bit of anxiety.

Being with my mom and sis in a beautiful house in the mountains sharing a lovely meal togethet.

I’m sorta starting to live a bit again and I said in another post I’m interested in owning my own comic store so even though I may not ever get to do that I’ve starting looking to do it online on a very part time basis and I bought a Captain America autographed by the artist and writing so I may have a small start. :slight_smile:
