My regular pdoc, a second pdoc, my social worker, and my therapist all agree: I’m unstable. I thought I was on the path to recovery but apparently not. It feels like everyone is working against me.

I doubt everybody is against you. It’s more likely that you really are unstable. Continue to work with them and hopefully they’ll get you stabilized.

well! just because you arent exactly stable doesn’t mean you aren’t recovering. there can be hiccups and all that but you may still be doing better than before. best of luck!

It’s just really tough. I feel like I’ve come a long way but it just feels like all my hard work has been invalidated. It feels like I have no control over my life.

I know that feeling and it sucks. The only thing we can do is take it a day at a time and keep pushing forward, taking the meds and working with our pdoc. Hopefully things will get better for you.

Yeah i deal with a lot of paranoia, too. It can be hard to overcome. Just keep telling yourself they’re not gonna hurt you. You can trust them.

Honestly, I think they’ve already hurt me. But maybe that’s all just in my mind. You know?

Yeah i understand. Not all doctors or therapists are good at what they do. Paranoia can make you feel the way you do but if you don’t think you’re getting the care you need, you could always seek another doctor or therapist or whatever.

Honestly? I think it is a problem with my perception. Everyone I talk to keeps telling me the same thing, that I’m over-reacting, basically.
