I am too different

I love this forum and I love all of you, you are wonderful people. However, being a conservative american that greatly dislikes pharmaceuticals and owns guns (to put everything in a nutshell) I feel very out of place here. I’ve noticed that in a lot of cases, speaking your mind on one end of the spectrum is perfectly acceptable, but, speaking your mind on the other end… Doesn’t seem to be okay. So, I believe I will be seeking out an alternative forum. I will continue lurking and may chime in if I feel that I can be of some help, but, if you notice my absence, all is well. I love you guys!

To clarify, being different from all of you makes me nervous, nothing more. No one has offended me or any such nonsense.

There’s enough room for everybody on this forum. You can’t please everyone. I feel different from everyone. But people on here either don’t know or don’t care. Anyway, I think you’re alright. You’re not “out there” any more than anyone else.

It really isn’t a matter of how everyone feels about me. It’s just my nerves being shot. I read things and get so anxious about it that I can hardly function… Does that make sense? It’s not you, it’s me!

I think that you are very interesting so are many people on here - a lot of us dont have boring lives. For me, my symptoms keep things very colorful lately - I wish you well, but do drop by once in a while

Helps to take some time off every now and then. I’ve had to on other support sites for various reasons this one’s no exception. Whatever you decide I hope you find what you’re looking for in life.

Conservative Canadian. Used to own a gun that my wife stored for me (I’m VERY stable, but still)… Now that I live in town I don’t need a gun as we have professional varmint control on town payroll. I own several bows and I can bullseye at 50m with a recurve. Not much into hunting, however.
