I am pretty depressed and stressed out....does anybody have something positive that is happening now?

I need to be cheered up.

Sorry you’re feeling down. I was feeling similar a few nights ago.

I just got a great deal on a couple Criterion DVDs on Amazon.

You welcome! Do you like to watch movies or listen to music?

yes, I like to watch movies…and I like to listen to music. I just got finished, listening to Shania Twain…do you think she is attractive?

Oh yeah! She’s a fox.

I’m listening to my city’s local classical radio station.

Once I told my friend Judy that I was depressed, and she told me to watch the movie My Cousin Vinny.

I laughed a lot when I saw the movie!

Yes, I have good things happening in my life right now.
2 so far and a few confirmations that my future is bright and my stalkers are starting to loose interest in harassing my life to the point of oblivion.
I can happen for me I know it can happen for you. Good things do happen, all the time they do.

We are getting a new couch today. It will be the first new piece of furniture I’ve ever had and picked out myself.

The next few days here will be sunny. It’s great, a real mood lifter as the weather was dull. Soon is payday again and I make plans to burn it. I want to get new clothing this pay. I already go for more walks than usual and I caught myself doing the occasional exercises.

My kitty, Orestes, has come out of his depression/anxiety funk!! He’s happier now and he’s currently snuggled up in a ball, on the bed! :relaxed:

I hope your depression eases up soon, too.

I make a mean dinner. It is the only meal I really enjoy.

Breakfast and lunch I have no time to cook.

So I eat something easy peasy…

Hope you feel better soon Jake!

i never knew animals can have mental health disorders but now that i think about it scientists ARE able to give mice schizophrenia so. i guess the world is more complex than i thought.
