…that some future mass shooters are being caught now in my country (and I don’t care about the issues with the 1st and 2nd amendments in this case.)

How are they catching them before they commit crimes?

They are catching them on Facebook, and other social sites with statements threatening to do it, and then they are finding their caches of weapons. Both may violate the 1st and 2nd amendments but lately there’s been talk of putting mentally ill people in asylums over these shootings so I hope they catch them all before they act.
