I know I am diagnosed with schizoaffective disorder. I am taking perphenazine, prozac and Clomipramine and honestly I think I have mania issues but not sure. A higher dose of perphenazine is too strong for me. I am on 16 mg. I have sick thoughts but keep them under control…I think its OCD thats very high. I am not sure what to do.
I Can only speak for my self and this is only my experience with ocd schizophrenia. I’ll just add that I’m on 3 antipsychotics. You see when I got OCD in the past they just added more to one of the antipsychotics and then it disappeared. If you think you are doing well on your meds then the ocd could be dose related.
