I feel recently I have been working out a little too hard,especially the time I spend on it.I need to balance it out,stay in control of my “Life” and really get the benefit of working out by staying mentally healthy and physically too

When I used to work out I used to think I was working out too hard when I got cumulative fatigue - when I was still tired the next day. If you’re not training for a specific event it is probably healthier to not drive yourself too hard while working out. You can always be tired and sore when you do this, and it doesn’t enhance your quality of life.
