i worked a few hours today, sunday.
i have family coming to visit, loving family this week.
i started a new exercise class three times a week.
i bought myself a chanukah present early ā two wonderful flannel nightgowns and i am eager to get cozy in them.
i feel like i am on the right track now

glad for you Judy. I helped my father in his work, I ate two wonderful meals during the day, I went out for coffee, now I returned to my throne-couch
I am glad that I have a good friend. Iām most likely going to go over his house soon. Iām glad I have somewhere to go and someone to be around when I am feeling this depressed.
