Try not eat too much sugar. Also don’t eat too much 라면- that one has a lot of salt in it.

Yep 라면 is so salty that it often affects our weight. :stuck_out_tongue:

p.s wow you are from where I am from. there are more Koreans than I thought there would be.

I don’t know if you’re male of female, but working out (with weights) once or twice a week for 3-6 months will cause huge fat loss. If you are male, weight training will result in even more fat lost than a woman, plus you’ll gain lean mass (muscle). All it takes is one full body workout a week, or upper body one day, and lower body on another over 2 days a week.

If you do decide to workout, make sure you target each muscle with exercises and don’t neglect any muscle groups (e.g. the rear delts).

You can watch plenty of lifting tutorials on youtube, such as Scott Herman Fitness’s videos.
