I am hearing a bunch of voices, and I am getting super self conscious. This happens around once a week, and it last 2 to 5 hours. It is super devastating. How can I help myself?

Well, haldol works pretty quickly apparently. That’s what they give you in hospital as a PRN antipsychotic generally.
