I’m hearing voices, and they are making me very self concious. This usually happens to me once a week. I’m trying my best to distract myself.

What is a prn. Is that an anxiety pill?
It’s an extra pill you can take that helps with breakthrough symptoms. It could actually also be an antipsychotic
No, I don’t have that.
You should ask for one. It might help a lot. It doesn’t help me, but lots of people on here get help from their prn

It must be terrifying to hear voices. I just have delusions but I also have panic attacks. What medication are you on?
I’m on Abilify, Clozapine, lexapro, and klonipin, and Ambien.

I’m on zyprexa lyrica and klonopin. Klonopin always helps when I have an episode.

I think everybody is reading my miind, and I am hearing voices at the same time.
I was wondering. If you call a crisis line, and say you are suicidal will they put you in a mental hospital?

They could recommend that you go to a hospital
If it’s really bad the hospital might be a good option
So they can’t make you go to a mental hospital?

If you call them they can’t make you go. You won’t end up in the hospital unless you call 911 or someone commits you
In my experience, depending on where you live, they’ll either send an ambulance to take you to a crisis unit, or they’ll send police to transport you to an ER or crisis unit. But that’s just my experiences, different states and countries may have different procedures. I doubt they would put you on a ward without thorough examination. Places I’ve lived there’s always been a shortage of beds.
