When I take the medicine anxiety comes to me that I have taken this possibly more or less. I know I took it yet I have this compulsion. And that I’m not taking more than I should. What should I do? 
What drug is causing you anxiety? Your antipsychotic drug?
If so maybe you could try asking your doctor to switch you to a different Ap?
Reviewing your text again I think I have a better understanding of what you mean. You are afraid that you have not taken enough or taken too much of your med, if i understand you correctly. At first I thought you were saying the med was making you anxious, not that TAKING the med was making you anxious.
You could ask your doctor to go on an injectable to solve this. That way you don’t have to worry about taking your meds.
I received a depot injection called xeplion yesterday I am taking 3 medications next to it

It seems stupid but this is the best way to do it. Its what I do anyway
