yes I have bad thoughts. Everyone has bad thoughts. They are just thoughts, they don’t hurt anyone. If they are bothering you then you can try to distract yourself by doing a task. You can organize a closet or a drawer. Or go for a walk in nature and pay attention to the birds. Or do some graffiti.
