Is it obligatory that when someone wants to relax and be left alone, that there is always some as*hole who thinks it’s his right to disturb them? It’s true in my life, at work and in my apartment. Why don’t people just keep to themselves and live and let live? Christ.

I noticed there is massive confusion between social anxiety and introverts. I guess you have to respect them both.
When you’ve had too much from someone, visualize those downers temporarily turning to sand bags. Or a stick of furniture.
