I’m physically hungry and my tummy does the rumbly but I don’t have an appetite. Food doesn’t sound good and I just don’t feel like eating.
When my stomach starts to rumble but I don’t feel like eating I just have something simple like a piece of bread to stop the rumbling.
Maybe a meal replacement shake.
I have some cheez its. I’ve just kinda been staring at them trying to get myself to eat them. I know I should. I know it’s good for me. I just simply don’t want to. I don’t know how to explain it.

Maybe you have food boredom…
You can have lots of food, but if its the same thing all the time then people can stop eating.
It happens to me too.
Change it up and hopefully spark some eating!
I get this sometimes. If its due to anxiety I agree with the suggestion of really simple food. Eat it slowly.
Food boredom is also a thing. Make sure you havr access to lots of food types.
