I felt humiliated when I crashed with psychosis in 2000

I felt special.

Then in the second half of psychosis that year I felt absolutely and utterly terrified to the core.

Overall mine was a nightmare to say the least

I found my way now though

Psychosis itself is a humiliating experience. You lose control over yourself. Any amount of dignity flies out the window. Any amount of self respect is gone.

I felt worse tbh but i regain it
