Yes.
It is possible in the future to use genetic engineering to cure sz. At the moment it is possible to use genetics to help treat sz (response to medications, personalized medicine etc) - not cure it at the present.

However the genetic engineering field is moving very fast and maybe breakthroughs are just around the corner. For example a few decades ago we needed years of research and billions of dollars to decode one human genome. Now we routinely do it in a matter of days at a cost of under $1000. Soon it will be in minutes and a few bucks.

Scientists have identified around 50 -100 genes that are associated with sz and it is possible in theory to modify them all at once (can be done in animals for example) so its fair to expect that yes one year soon there certainly will be targeted treatments using genetic engineering and maybe in the decades ahead even a cure.

I don’t able to understand personally that who are the career of SZ genes. Either men or women.

I dont think the carriers of sz genes have been identified. Also not all genes that are associated with sz have been identified let alone those that may “cause” it . So its safe to assume at this stage that both male and female could be carriers of these genes. Certainly in mouse models the likely genes (there is not enough proof yet which there are) are present in both male and female.

If any disease transfer through genes than it is certainly that one either male or female is the career of this genes. Also it is not perfect that who suffer by career. Both gender are carried it is not possible. I think.

I think genetic engineering shall be apply to those Carreras . not to the sufferers. As @Chess24, is thinking.

lol Curing scz is like trying to cure someone of their lifetime loyalty to a political party or other belief system.

The only thing that has every been accomplished in these regards is teaching which causes people to join one ideology, and causing problems such as economic problems, hardships, biological, and psychological problems to cause them to adhere to another ideology.

This is such a complex business including in the area of disorders that it is worth trillions of dollars and more for the rest of time I suspect.
