its autumn here. it has been pleasant - mainly sunny and 18 C with foggy mornings, cold nights though
woke up with a stuffy nose. blah. but i’m still going to exercise since i didn’t do so yesterday.

Yesterday I had my first bath in the beach 
was very windy today. still went outside without a coat though. i feel a lot more comfortable without a coat. and Spring is my no-coat license.
