just curious, dont intend to do any crime, anyways, how would someone comit a crime if its intentions where being broadcasted?

Have you ever seen the movie Minority Report? People can see future crimes and are arrested before they can commit them. With your theory though there are just too many people to monitor even if your thoughts are being broadcasted.
I suppose there is no such thing like thought broadcasting… It’s just a delusion.
