I took it as following ways:
It says we should take 1000 mg per day and 500 mg twice per day.
We can use two 0# Capsules to full fill with the sodium benzaote and take one 0# Capsule one time. If you fill sodium benzoate with one 0# capsule, it’s nearly equal to 0.62 g total with sodidum bezoate of 0.5 g.
At the same time， you need buy a small accurate steeltype the evaluate the weight of each capsule。。
