How to sleep when you have hallucinations

I’m hallucinating a bit tonight, enough to make it so I can’t sleep. Any tips for sleeping while a bit psychotic? I don’t have any PRN sleeping meds

Do you have any melatonin or Benadryl?

I have benadryl…doesn’t make me sleepy though
