how to overcome negative symptoms and exercise?

Start small but do it regularly! I found a simple fitness tracker a good tool for doing more exercise. My goal was 10 kms a day. I usually do double that but it didn’t happen overnight- you have to push yourself sometimes.

Maybe try and antipsychotic on this list that’s said to help with negative symptoms a lot

I made a list of all the things I want to get done everyday and everyday I go down this list starting in the morning and I mentally check off each item on the list until I’m done by the end of my day. And the items include exercise.
