How do you lose 25 pounds? What diet do you reccomend?
A combination of cardiovascular exercise, calorie deficit and nutritious eating will make you lose weight. I had a high of 341lbs (RED) to a low of 323lbs (GREEN) in just over 2 months time since the new year. So 18lbs so far this early in the year.
I had a no carb diet and I lost weight.
Yes, a no carbohydrate diet does lead to weight lose. No rice, white bread, pasta, etc… will force the body to use fat stores for carbohydrates.
If you’re male, eat 1500 calories per day. If you’re female, eat 1200. Plus start adding exercise
