if i will die young
or i will enjoy longivity ??
i hv intrusive thoughts that i will die soon
like AP or any other reason will cause to me cancer and i will die
i really suffer from these thoughts
i even sometime ask myself …am i going to die soon ??
and imagine like if i had already terminal illness
and thinking what will i do in my life if i surprised by terminal illness
while going on in my life !!!
what will i do then ?
You worry yourself to much. Worry about terminal illness when and if you get one. In the meantime, there is no reason to worry yourself needlessly about it.
