I already am taking omega 3, 6 , and 9, lions mane from real mushrooms. Whats a good way to improve recollection? I’m having memory problems.

Do regular exercises both physical and mental.
Sleep, eat, do daily activities on time using the help of alarms, reminders etc. Create military like disciple by self.
