Apart from routine and one day at a time tasks… what else can I do to improve… can education self realisation help me overcome the hurdles and stuff
This is a good question.
Honestly dont know and want to know this myself. The boredom drives me into despair and then everyone hates my lack of happiness
Incorpoate more productive things into your routine.
Try to do one productive thing a day. They all add up.
Exercise, eat healthy, work , multivitamin. Do stuff for fun. Read books on every subject you can think of.
Some say working 1 day is better than reading a book… is that true? What if i am not able to work due to communication problem… will the above does not apply… anyways all your suggestions are good…
Taking meds as prescribed, doing therapy, exercising, getting more education, etc., all help, but usually not immediately. It took me years to go from not functioning to sort of functioning. It was a couple more years before I was functioning well. I know of nothing that will fix all of your problems in a couple of months. As has been mentioned here previously, having SZ is a marathon, not a race. Best not to have unrealistic expectations of how fast you can move the needle.
Yes you can improve, but it will take a lot of time to get there.
