How to help disorganized thinking

What do u all do to help disorganized thinking patterns?

Do something that requires a lot of discipline. Or some type of military training.

Use a calendar, alarms and keep notes.

I take two weeks to do a task that shouls take one hour, and feel lucky IF it gets done.
Sometimes all one can do is sit back, relax, and be thankful for what you can do today.
