I’m trying to get healthier and struggling with where to begin…
It’s hard, but you can try keto. I have lost around 40lbs so far. I do have cheat days but I go right back to it. I also walk and do Intermittent fasting.

Being healthy is a two component regimen.
- Eating healthy foods such as fruits and vegetables as well as lean protein
- Exercise which is split into aerobic & anaerobic exercise
You can do one without the other but its best to do both as best you can.
I think I know what foods are good for me, and I am trying to follow that.
Quit smoking, drugs and drinking if you do that. stop eating junk food. Eat healthy, Exercise.
It’s okay to treat yourself to junk food occasionally just don’t make it a habit.
