It is true. They can help but there is no guarantees after reducing hospitalization rates on what they can help with. Antipsychotics are very heavy meds so it is foolish to expect them to treat all symptoms. All they do is block D2 and 5-HTP which prevents the super-lateral thinking that can cause psychosis.
