How to deal with "sharp edge thinking"?

of everyday life
that make you tired or ill
like pessismistic thinking
or this going to happen to you or that going to happen to you
i stuck at this everyday !!!

CBT really helped me with my negative and anxious thinking. It is a type of therapy that works on changing your thoughts.

Very few CBT practitioners / experts in my country / language. I’m almost fluent in English but it’s not my mother tongue…

I can barely talk with my parents let alone CBT, Ill drive the psychologist crazy. Some of my psychiatrists gave up on me transferring me to other psychiatrists because my negative symptoms never improved since I got sz, they will never improve.

I drown myself in medication. I can’t cope either. They are so many triggers driving me insane. I don’t have the confidence or self-esteem to be my own boss. The best i can do not to watch tv or listen to music. The best place is in a sterile hospital with no triggers or alternatively camping.
