Dude, go to the gym. There are people there who explain the exercises to you. And if you know those exercises. Then you become muscular. Good and healthy food. and train hard.

Strength training, various supplements, a healthy lifestyle, but you should really consult a fitness trainer.

ā€œI used to be a 5 stone apology of a man,now I am two separate gorillas…and I can wrestle poodles and win. Thanks to Mr. Apollo.ļ»æā€

I find Heavy Duty or high intensity low volume training to be efficient and effective. I do not however, implement only Mike Mentzer’s Heavy Duty. I have my own style. But back problems, chronic sinus infections, and chronic kidney stones have reversed and hampered my progress. I used to be able to Deadlift over 300 lbs, Quarter Squats with 415, Curl 100. Some of my goals are Decline Pushups and 100 lb DB Curls. I think if I can get and stay healthy I can do it.

Take care of you because if you’re sick and workout, you most likely will get hurt. I mean hell im hooked up to a heart rate monitor though have Apple Watch…have to use Kardia before and after and if feel a little weird. Then email results to dr/nurses

I’m going to try some stationary cycling tomorrow and if I do ok with that probably some strength training the next day and back to my regular routine. Is Kardia medication or does it have to do with self monitoring?

I pick things up and put them down

Heavier weights & low repetitions are an effective method to get stronger.

Kardia is a 2 lead ekg pad for two fingers and app. I have one for my iPad and iPhone. It takes your ekg and will tell you if any abnormalities…or sometimes electrical interference. But through the app I email my ekgs to my cardiologist’s nurses email and they evaluate it and let me know how I’m doing. Really cool

maybe there is the virtually unheard of single eye ā€˜be as bulked up as u wanna be’ workout routine having more to do with heart botany rather than reps

Always be yourself and always try to look at the bright side.

I saw a giant of a man super big winning bodybuilding contests

Wait are we talking strong inside or out. Cuz honestly weight lifting, helps both. Watch out for supps cuz so many like stay the f away from especially with a mental illness. I could go on and on but if you want advice, start out slow and realize it takes baby steps. Seriously talk to a good trainer and even a nutritionist to aid you and hold you accountable. Don’t be the ā€œtoughā€ guy and go lifting ā– ā– ā– ā–  the wrong way and getting hurt both because most jocks are tools to ā€œnewbiesā€ and you could get hurt. Plus the BIGGEST most laughable issue when I used to be in the gym, is to wear gloves. Or not. Some guys and gals love their callouses and are proud of them. I however have a black and pink pair cuz I couldn’t knead dough for baking and wear thin disposable glove for cleaning and callouses get annoying so I didn’t care. Oh, and try and find the hottest person there to spot ya cuz it’s motivation if your husband spots yašŸ¤—. Still don’t know where we are on this ā– ā– ā– ā–  filled journey called life.

I climb stairs, practice yoga and play the piano every day of my life. These practices keep me flexible and strong with good balance, posture, endurance and mental faculties.

I have done some yoga for flexibility but then totally miss the point cuz I don’t focus…I end up just doing a lot of stretching. Wish I had patience😰
