What is your solution? I try to attack it from the inside out. By changing my mind set. I’ve found that when I literally just stop caring what other ppl think and be myself everything falls into place.

I handle my high stress days by regressing into childhood. Throwing a blanket on the floor and building with Legos. Though not everyone’s cup of tea it’s my own.
I cope with stress by talking with friends, drinking decaf coffee/tea, taking showers, and pacing.
