How to be nice to yourself

I do all the things needs doing. Clean the house, washing, selfhygiene. Than i think things which are distressing me. Listening to music. Going for walk.
I still love to have my cigarettes. I like sitting back and relaxing. Wish i could have a bath.


Going out for coffee and with friends.

Imagine you’re trying to cheer up a sad friend. You’d make them food they like, make sure they’re comfortably seated and put on their favourite music or tv shows.
Do that, but for yourself :slight_smile:
