Oh yea regarding uncertainty, honesty is important though. Lol. Duh…
Funny to me and for so many I think the biggest hurdle is reverse psychology…
(ie not wanting what you have and wanting what you can’t have ), but you get tripped up on something after that hurdle or somethin(s) more
Maybe if I may - it’s wrapped up in the whole realm of you being violated once…. Or more??

Yea I’m still working on some bad experiences but these points above are really helping me.
I will still be getting therapy too. Getting assesd in October.
