Just ate dinner. It’s about 6:30pm. I’m feeling a mixture of emotions.
So I will fight the snacking urge.
Currently laying in bed cause my back still hurts from the torn muscle.

I’m doing fine. A bit of annoying chest/rib pain that is distracting me a bit, but ok for the most part. Took a nap earlier so should be up for a bit. Just browsing the forum.
Oh yeah, I think I saw you talking about that in a different thread or something… what do you think it is?

My wife volunteered me - it was for her employer.
I was with visitors earlier. I had nothing to say so I was just listening to them and to my parents then felt sleepy so went to my room. I hate that I have nothing to say while they are talking about their lives like work, family, friends, etc
They started looking at me so I went to my room before they ask me questions like how’s university, how’s work, do I have a gf, etc
The visitors are still at our house, I hope they go soon so I can talk to my parents freely. They’ve been here for hours talking nonstop.
Just picked up my daughter at work…10pm.
Her co-worker was waiting outside to be picked up, and this really sketchy looking dude was hanging around nearby so I waited in the car right out front until her boyfriend picked her up.
That was nice of you. Can’t be too careful these days.

I have alcohol at home but didn’t have any today.so far.trying to resist temptation.
It’s just because I have some at home.
Drinking out of my new Seinfield mug my boyfriend bought me.
Waiting for dinner time.
But it’s hours away so will keep drinking coffee til then.
It’s better for me to have six or seven coffee a day than to drink four alcohol drinks a day.
I have cravings and i don’t know what for.
I quit smoking about fifteen years ago or so.
