After bathroom, before and during cooking, after skritching dogs, after feeding and cleaning up after cats, before and after eating, while showering. I picked 11-20, but I really don’t know.

I wash my hands pretty well almost as good as nurses. I have a phobia of parasitic infection

My mom has OCD and a pretty severe phobia of germs. Sometimes, she’ll wash her hands so often that they bleed. I wash my hands pretty often, but not nearly as much as her

I always figured that something can only be called over the top if it feels like it’s affecting your life. If you enjoy it than it’s fine. That’s how I feel about my hands. But I notice that people around me don’t wash up often. After the toilet or while cooking or after doing something I would consider dirty. I doubt they care what I think though. I just notice.
