It really depends what I have going on that week. If I have appointments and whatnot I shower before them but I voted based on a week where I don’t have doc appts and the like.

I shower once a week generally but more if I smell bad. Sad that I need to smell bad in order to shower. Before sz I used to shower 1-2x/day, once in the morning after early gym and once before going to bed.

I also used to shower daily before the full effect of sza.

I showered everyday for work when I was on Abilify.
Now with Risperdal I shower like every 2 weeks or so.
It really isn’t my fault.

never, I take baths only. Showers trigger me.

I said twice a week. This is a recent development, before that I could go a couple of weeks without a shower. I know kind of disgusted myself

But I have felt quite a bit better since finding this board, so I am thankful

@Leaf you can vote for how often you bathe. That’s what I meant anyway. Shower or bath.

I used to love taking hot baths, but the place in the country I Live Now, the well has iron and sulphur in it. Even with the filtration system, you still get an unpleasant odour. Just not good for relaxing LOL

Oh I take 3 baths a week about, I guess sometimes a fourth. It really depends how many appointments I have.

I do 3 or 4 times a week on latuda. Last year it was twice a week while I was on risperidone. I don’t know if I’ll ever go back to everyday maybe. I used to shower everyday before sz.

Im on that and on Abilify I used to shower 5+ times a week.
